Amazing hotel with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness studio, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped me care for my elderly parents. I'll be back for Christmas!

Pleasant staff, great prices, the location is absolutely perfect and marvellous close enough to the restaurant and health department and fire station and Myrtle beach. Neat, well-kept units provided with refrigerator and microwave, as example.

Helpful staff and great restaurant - old hotel in good condition.

No regular coffee in the breakfast area - fixed once we found the staff person responsible for that area.

Breakfast was delicious - eggs, ham and waffles or pancakes. Location was close to travel route.

Room wasn't well maintained- entire hotel needs sprucing up. Paint scraped off lower part of walls.

They had no record of this booking. It was a good that they had 2 rooms left. I am not sure I will keep using Booked.net.

The hotel seems to be going through renovation, but not done well.

The air conditioner didn't cool the room. The swimming pool was dirty,water was so cloudy. Workout room was a joke.

The staff were very polite and helpful, the extended pool hours were great, so many hotels only have pool from 11 a.m. to 8 or 9 p.m. They were very quick to clean up around the place.

The hot water was not consistent, we didn't get shocked with icy water, but the temperature decreased several times during a shower.

I loved relaxing in the indoor pool after a long day and enjoyed the cozy fire pit outside with friends. The place had a nice gym and offered free Wi-Fi, made unwinding super easy. Just wish the breakfast hours started a bit earlier, but overall, I had a great stay 😊

I booked two rooms. One of the rooms was alright with the exception of the old run down shower. The other room was not as good. The TV wouldn't come on and we had to call the front desk, the shower was old and dingy and the heating system was broken and you couldn't set it on Auto, the only way to control the temp was to keep turning it on and off

The hotel location was perfect for an exploration of the city.

1. Hotel not handicapped accessible...particularly pool area...no way to get to the amenity without hanging on the wall and crawling down set after set of stairs...half full beer bottle, sharp bottle caps and discarded hair accessories left on the pool deck for days, glass bottles of beer being drunk in pool while children in the pool swimming, dog in pool area, large plate glass mirrors leaning against the wall in child frequented area of pool deck, pool emergency phone not working, thick white scum around hot tub area...exercise room machinery barely functional...water cooler, cups, no water 2. trash in parking lot when we arrived...still there when we left but now in shreds...awful food service dumpster area with rotting trash surrounding the dumpsters 3. inside of hotel in common areas and rooms reflects year after year of layers of cheap fixes that are failing...missing stair parts, lights, interior decor functions that no longer work 4. handicapped guest on mobility device struggling with room door as 4 hotel employees just walked by...when desk staff told the reply was to point to a plate of cookies and lemonade (only there 1 day out of 4) and say, "well, at least you get a cookie"...awesome! 5. breakfast not bad but missing items not provided upon request but made available the next day...not great when the toast needs jelly now all in all for a 4 day hotel stay that costs more than the family monthly mortgage payment...very very disappointing, misrepresented and unprofessionally offered
